MJ’S NEVERLAND RANCH SELLS FOR $22 MILLION

According to The Wall Street Journal Michael Jackson’s famed home known as the Neverland Ranch now belongs to a new owner. The California estate was sold to one of Jackson’s “billionaire” associates Ron Burkle for a whopping $22 million. The 2,700 acre property entered the market in 2016 at $100 million but was reduced to $67 million a year later and ultimately sold at less than a forth of it’s initial asking price. The 12,500 square foot home is amenity enriched and includes a zoo, amusement park, train, and Ferris wheel. Michael Jacksons estate ended up the winner in a recent lawsuit against HBO in reference to “disparaging remarks” that were made during the networks 2019 “Leaving Neverland” documentary.
