G Herbo Breaks Silence on Federal Case via “Statement”

Rapper G Herbo is not swerving speaking on the federal fraud indictments that hammered him earlier this month. The Chicago artist released a new single on Friday entitled “Statement” that appears to be a response to his impending legal battle. The song is produced by Southside and Hollywood Cole a few excerpts said “Pro Chicago, I’m pro ‘Raq, I’m pro motivation for the trenches ’cause I’m pro black, real No Limit so we don’t play by the rules, how the f*ck I catch a case? We bought a school/.”

It continued saying “Don’t be fooled, you n***as fools, on the Gram readin’ comments I’m like, ooh cool, so they want me to lose,” I can’t break like I’m bulletproof…/” The track comes after G Herbo released his third studio album “PTSD” in February that included features from 21 Savage, Polo G, Juice WRLD and several notable others according to “Revolt.”
