Macy’s “Thanksgiving Parade” Is Set To March On Despite Pandemic

While the world as we know it has changed. We discovered things like getting up on Thanksgiving morning to check out a matinee was not a right but actually a luxury. A new normal was established in 2020 that included mostly everyone looking like assassins or surgeons fully masked up hyper aware of what & who surrounded us while trying to remain hopeful for what lied ahead. In a year filled with cancellations and closures the Macy’s “Thanksgiving Day Parade” has decided to adapt and maintain. The now socially distance event has been scheduled to go on Thursday morning on NBC and will include performers such as Patti Labelle, KeKe Palmer and The Roots.
